In Running School you will learn the basics of different running techniques. We will practice exercises which improve the running posture, speed and endurance. The school is suitable for all who wants to develop running technique and learn different kind of running thrills and exercises.

uMove x Jaguars Cheerleading

In this course you’ll get familiar with cheerleading. There will be stunts, pyramids and tumbling. Cheerleading is a great sport for everyone despite of your background. The most important thing is the spirit to cheer once a week! This course has six meetings. Course suits for beginners and also experienced athletes. The main language of the course is Finnish but the instructor will give basic information in English.

uMove x Joogashala Kuunvalo Aerial Yoga

Welcome to the world of Aerial Yoga! In this four-time course you will get to experience Aerial Yoga on many levels. We will start the course with Aerial basics. We’ll spend the two first classes on getting to know the hammock and learning the most important asanas for Aerial Yoga. On the third time you will be introduced to a more restoring, balancing, and relaxing form of Aerial Yoga. And on the fourth practice you will be invited to challenge your body and your mind with a more dynamic practice. The main language of the course is Finnish but the instructor will give basic information in English.

CrossFit Elements course

Start your Crossfit trainig on this course or get familiar with the sports! This eight-sessions Elements course is the basic course after which you are able to become a member of the Crossfit gym and continue practicing on the WOD's.
