uMove Beach Volley
This four-time course introduces you to the popular summer sport: beach volley. During the course you will learn the rules, basic technique, and have fun while learning together! Many might be surprised about the special rules differing from for example volleyball but after this course you are guaranteed to be able to play well and with the right rules.
The course is for both very beginners and ones who have already played beach volley. There will be two coaches for each group which will be divided according to their background in beach volley. Write on your registration form about your experience so we know to put you in a right group.

uMove Tennis for Beginners
Welcome to the tennis beginner course! This four-time course is directed to a beginner tennis player or you who have never held a tennis racket in your hand before but want to learn the basics!
We will practice basic skills such as racket use, basic strokes, and court movement though different practices and small games. The goal is that everyone can play independently after the course.

uMove Tennis for Advanced
Welcome to the advanced tennis course! This four-time course is for the ones who know the basics of the sport but want to learn more about playing the game. This course fits best for the ones who have taken the beginner course or have played independently a few times.
During the course we will practice tactical court movement, game reading and advancing your stroke technique. We strive to find your strengths as a tennis player and build your play around it. The goal is to build a more complete picture of you as a tennis player and find tools that you can use to develop your skills after the course.

uMove x Harjun Treenikontti Running School
On the running course you will learn running basics and techniques. During the six-time course you will do practice that help you with your running form, speed and endurance. The course fits for everyone who wants to develop their running and techniques. The first time starts from the Harjun Treenikontti (Yliopistonkatu 1) and the next times the starting place will be informed to the participants.
