1 Programme: disc golf, "organic" muscle exercise, nature path, traditional Finnish games, swimming, sauna. We start from the forecourt of Liikunta building and cycle 6 km (demanding road) to Ladun maja. You have to have the helmet and lamp for the bike. We have some helmets in the sports office. If you want to borrow the helmet, contact us as soon as possible. 2 marks for the blue card.
