Academic Sports arranges livestream group fitness classes
Academic Sports arranges group fitness classes via livestream from 25th of January until the end of February. Due to the covid-19 situation group fitness classes and ball games sessions are on a break.

Livestream classes are being arranged in private Facebook group. If you wish to join this group you need to provide a screenshot of your mobile sticker or a receipt from your sports ticker payment in our email (korkeakoululiikunta@jyu.fi) and send a request to the Facebook group “uMove live”
Livestream classes are only available online and you can’t participate the classes physically.
Academic Sports offers also other online services:
Yogobe
Yogobe in an online video service which includes a range scale of different yoga- and workout videos. Yogobe is included in Academic Sports sport sticker.
If you wish to activate Yogobe please send an e-mail to korkeakoululiikunta@jyu.fi with title "Yogobe" and attach an image of your sports sticker to the mail. You will receive an instructions and a personal code on which you can sign up to the online service at www.yogobe.com/en.
uMove goes Youtube
